1. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please contact us by email within 14 days of delivery:

Please include your order number.

3. Returns & Refunds

Returned items must be:

  • unused

  • undamaged

  • suitable for resale

  • returned within 14 days after cancellation

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer must pay all costs of returning the goods.
Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Exclusions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • personalised or custom-made items

  • products damaged due to misuse

  • items returned incomplete or used beyond inspection

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a refund or replacement.

The customer must pay all costs of returning the goods.
